With our Short Term Rental Partnership, we offer an interior designer who will provide you with an estimate to transform your property into a luxury destination. The estimated cost usually ranges from $15,000 to $40,000. By making this investment, your property will stand out and command high rates. We will take care of coordinating everything else, ensuring that your property stands out and attracts high-end guests.

We recommend that all potential partners review any Homeowners Association or Condo Board Regulations before entering into a short-term rental agreement. At NS Property Solutions, we operate in markets that have embraced short-term rentals and are required only to hold a business license for each property we manage and pay any relevant local taxes. Although rare, if a municipality were to ban short-term rentals, our partnership agreement would become null and void, as we cannot operate in locations where it is illegal to do so. We keep our partners informed of any relevant changes that may affect the market.
At NS Property Solutions, we understand that past performance is not an indicator of future results. However, during our onboarding process for our Partnership Program, we work with our partners to establish a baseline income target that covers their monthly costs. Our goal is to exceed this benchmark and provide our partners with 25-100% more monthly income than they would receive through long-term rentals. Although we cannot guarantee performance, we aim to maximize your investment returns.
At NS Property Solutions, we believe in providing flexible short-term rental solutions that allow homeowners to use their properties when they wish and rent them out when they are vacant. We do not believe in long-term, rigid contracts and provide flexible exit clauses in our agreements (usually 90 days) to allow for changes in circumstances. While we encourage our clients to take a long-term outlook on their investment, we provide the flexibility to exit an agreement ahead of schedule.
